Returns & Refunds
At Aryon, we strive to offer watches of the highest quality and precision. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Below are the conditions and the process to manage it.
1. Conditions for a return to be accepted
To qualify for a full refund, the watch must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. This means:
- Product condition: The watch must be completely new, unused, with no signs of wear, scratches or any kind of manipulation.
- Components intact: The protective films on the crystal, case and bracelet (if applicable) must not have been removed. The bracelet must not have been adjusted or had any links removed.
- Original packaging: The original Aryon box, the warranty card, instruction manuals and any accessory or promotional gift included with the order must be returned.
Important: Returns will not be accepted for watches showing signs of wear or manipulation, or from which the protective seals have been removed, in accordance with current consumer-goods regulations.
2. Timeframe and legal framework
In accordance with Spanish law and the European Union Right of Withdrawal, the minimum legal period is 14 days. At Aryon, to offer you a better experience, we extend this period to 30 calendar days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the package.
3. How to request a return
- Send an email to our customer service at aw@aryonwatches.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return (optional, but it helps us improve).
- Our team will reply within 24–48 business hours with detailed instructions and the return address to our facilities in Spain.
- Place the watch and all of its original packaging inside a protective shipping box to avoid damage in transit.
4. Return shipping costs
- Voluntary withdrawal: If the return is because you have changed your mind, the cost of shipping the return to our warehouse is borne by the customer. We recommend using a certified shipping method with tracking, as Aryon is not responsible for parcels lost during the return transit.
- Defective product or shipping error: In the unlikely event that the watch has a manufacturing fault or does not match the model purchased, Aryon will cover the full cost of collection.
5. Refund process
Once we receive the parcel at our workshop and our technical team verifies that the watch meets all the conditions above:
- We will process the refund of the full purchase amount.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
- The refund will be reflected in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
